Kris Turvey

Freelance Concept Artist

Kris Turvey has worked as a concept artist, art director, and creative director for more than 15 years. He’s worked on major Hollywood movies and high-end TV shows, including Dune: Part Two, Renegade Nell, and Black Doves, as well as projects in games, advertising, events, and more. He serves on the core committee of the British Film Designers Guild and is a member of BAFTA.

  • I have worked on over 35 movies, all on a grand scale by Hollywood standards. As a Prop Master, I am tasked with hiring and collaborating with illustrators to create iconic props for each project. I have worked with the best in Hollywood and believe Kris is as talented as the most sought-after illustrators out there. I was very fortunate to be able to hire him to work with us on Dune: Part Two. Kris's contribution to the look of that film is extensive.
